Hello! I'm Nicola Miani, artisan and owner of Miani Venetian Jewelry.
My name is Nicola Miani, and back in 2009 I opened my first glass jewelry shop with my sister, in Ghetto Novo, Venice.
But my family is no stranger to handcrafting: my grandfather, my parents, my sister and I all experimented with different techniques and crafts - from wood and silver working to glass enamels - and I ended up devoting myself to designing jewelry with Murano glass beads.
I believe that handmade is worth the effort and that nothing made industrially will ever compare. That's why in our shop you’ll find only products handmade by us and by other esteemed artisans in Venice, using original Murano glass produced on the island of Murano.
